Design & Animation

For Amsterdam’s iconic House of Bols, we created a hand-animated explainer that brings the centuries-old art of distillation to life. The animation blends tactile, frame-by-frame illustration with clear storytelling to guide viewers through the transformation of botanicals into Bols’ signature genever. Rooted in tradition, yet visually playful, the piece bridges heritage and craft in a way that feels both educational and engaging.
